3.2 Restricted License: You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to view content for personal professional reflection. Any reproduction, commercial exploitation, or “scraping” of our methodologies to train third-party AI models is a material breach of these terms and will be prosecuted under the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988.
4. COMMUNICATION AND DATA SOVEREIGNTY
4.1 Preliminary Inquiries: Submitting information through the Site does not constitute an engagement of services. The Firm reserves the absolute right to decline any inquiry without justification.
4.2 Duty of Discretion: Users are advised not to transmit proprietary trade secrets or legally privileged information via Site forms. The Firm accepts no liability for the unintended disclosure of sensitive data transmitted through non-encrypted web interfaces.
