3.2 Restricted License: You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to view content for personal professional reflection. Any reproduction, commercial exploitation, or “scraping” of our methodologies to train third-party AI models is a material breach of these terms and will be prosecuted under the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988.
4. COMMUNICATION AND DATA SOVEREIGNTY
4.1 Preliminary Inquiries: Submitting information through the Site does not constitute an engagement of services. The Firm reserves the absolute right to decline any inquiry without justification.
